I am an IT specialist with several years of hands-on experience building and maintaining information systems, managing hardware, and administering Microsoft 365 environments. I handle virtualization (Hyper-V, VirtualBox), domain and user management, and ensure uninterrupted operation of IT services.

I lead efforts in data security and protection, including backup solutions (Veeam), endpoint security (Eset), and network security appliances (Fortinet). I have completed training in information security, ISO/IEC 27001 implementation, data protection, video surveillance rules, and social engineering awareness.

I provide internal training and user support, collaborate with external IT providers, and participate in projects to improve systems and processes. I approach work with discipline, reliability, and a focus on practical problem solving and continuous learning.
