I’m an architectural professional with 4+ years of international and remote experience in planning, exterior building design, BIM modeling, quantity extraction, and 3D visualization. I focus on delivering client-ready projects independently with technical accuracy and cost awareness.

I integrate WA zoning standards and building regulations to produce building layouts, elevations, massing, and polished visual presentations. From site layouts to 3D renders, I work end-to-end so clients can make faster, confident decisions.

In my roles, I also create material take-offs, quantity schedules, and costing support—preparing detailed quotations from architectural drawings and client requirements. I’ve supported expertise finishing trades by building detailed tile layouts and 3D presentations aligned with architectural planning and site layouts.

My toolset supports efficient BIM modeling and strong visualization outputs, including Archicad and multiple rendering/walkthrough workflows. I’m at my best when coordinating with clients and producing documentation that’s clear, detailed, and ready for implementation.
