At Franklin Templeton Investments, I manage equity, fixed income, and cash management trade lifecycles, from booking and settlement through reconciliation, exception management, and CCIL reporting. I built Alteryx automation for allocation-level processing and holdings reconciliation, reducing manual effort by approximately 2–3 hours per day.
I've also supported US healthcare revenue cycle operations through accounts receivable follow-up, denial resolution, payment analysis, quality audits, and compliance reporting. I use Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Tally ERP9 to improve operational accuracy, controls, and reporting.
