Supervised daily dredging, marine construction, and offshore support operations to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Ensured safety, environmental, and quality compliance while coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, and regulators and reporting progress on volumes, manpower, equipment, and material usage.

Oversaw field operations and drilling projects to support safety adherence and delivery of timelines. Built KPI dashboards and data visualizations to enable strategic planning, forecasting, and predictive analysis of operational trends while maintaining data integrity across field reporting and documentation.

Modeled business processes and built an on-premises enterprise data warehouse using Kimball-style dimensional modeling. Developed ETL pipelines with SQL for historical and transactional migrations and created dashboards and reports to monitor operational efficiency and KPIs, plus delivered end-to-end analytics training to internal teams.
