At Silverspear t/a Kiri Camp, I managed inventory and FIFO compliance across departments, monitored consumption against budget lines, and streamlined store processes. I also redesigned the fuel sheet and implemented a new SOP to improve fuel control documentation.
Across stores, administration, and production planning roles, I’ve supported stock control, cost reporting, and procurement. At CT11 Concession Area (Uncharted Africa), I introduced systematic spot checks and variance reconciliation, enhanced reporting templates, and automated overtime spreadsheets.
