Bobur Togaev

I hold a law degree with advanced studies in international law and completed an exchange program in Kosice, Slovakia, which strengthened my comparative and cross-border legal perspective.

I have served as a legal consultant and intern across university legal clinics, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ombudsman's office, conducting legal research, drafting contracts and briefs, attending court proceedings, and supporting international meetings and negotiations. I contributed to projects such as Vis Moot, the WTO Chair's Program, and a Street Law initiative to protect children's rights.

I am multilingual (English C1, Russian C1/B2, German B1), comfortable with Microsoft Office and social media platforms, and I volunteer as an interpreter and event support; I seek opportunities to apply my international law, human rights, and policy skills in a collaborative public-sector or international organization environment.
