I’m a results-driven software engineer with 6+ years designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. I focus on building reliable full-stack systems that improve performance, scalability, and user outcomes.

At Elevance Health/CareBridge, I’ve led planning and delivery for a healthcare application built around member assessments and dashboards. I enhanced functionality by implementing security permission sets and converting assessment data into custom PDFs stored in AWS using Elixir, React, and PostgreSQL.

I also led a small team to standardize a unique form for future assessments by integrating React JSON Schema Form and React Hook Form with config-driven updates in real time—supporting over 20,000 members. Beyond that, I designed a supplemental assessment process that helped reduce hours and saved UHC a minimum of $28 million annually.

Previously, at Stantec and Southport Solutions, I built and evolved customer-facing services and analytics workflows, including an Azure-based FTP upload service for flood data, flood visualization UI using C#/Angular with Azure Maps, and billing automation with KQL and Power BI.
