I'm a Business Intelligence and Product Analyst. I enjoy using data to solve business problems and help stakeholders make informed decisions.

I'm also a Chartered Accountant (ACA), and over the past 10 years I've worked across banking, fintech, and financial services, using data to improve business performance, support product decisions, and drive operational efficiency.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

▸ Sterling Bank: I support the Product team for SterlingPro, where I build dashboards, define KPIs, analyse customer and transaction data, and provide insights that improve product performance and support business decisions.

▸ Nomba: I analysed customer and financial data to identify issues affecting product performance, migrated financial reporting from Excel to Xero ERP, implemented ApprovalMax to improve expense approvals, and built RFM segmentation models to identify and recover churned agents.

▸ British Council ACT Programme: I designed financial management systems for six Civil Society Organisations, helping five successfully meet the requirements for British Council funding.

Beyond my day-to-day work, I enjoy building products that make data more useful. I've developed AI-powered analytics tools, including an AI Growth Advisor, InvestIQ for investment analysis, OnboardIQ for funnel analytics and a tool that Interprets dashboards and returns clean reports in PPT and other formats.

My toolkit includes SQL (Trino, BigQuery, PostgreSQL), Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, and Xero. I've built executive dashboards, developed KPI frameworks, trained teams on SQL, and worked closely with business stakeholders to turn data into decisions.

I'm always interested in opportunities where I can combine analytics, product thinking, and business understanding to solve meaningful problems.
