I'm a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAN) and Data & Growth Analytics professional with 10 years of experience across fintech, banking, and financial services in Nigeria.

▸ At Sterling Bank, I lead BI and performance analytics across digital banking products, turning transaction data into insights that improve retention, platform engagement, and product performance.

▸ At Nomba, I identified credit product issues contributing to customer churn, migrated financial reporting from Excel to Xero ERP, implemented a company-wide expense approval system (ApprovalMax), and built RFM segmentation models to recover churned agents.

▸ For the British Council ACT Programme, I set up financial systems for 6 Civil Society Organizations, 5 out of 6 received British Council funding as a result.

▸ I've built live AI-powered analytics tools in production: an AI Growth Advisor, an investment analysis app (InvestIQ), and a funnel analytics tool (OnboardIQ).

I work across the full analytics stack: SQL (Trino, BigQuery, PostgreSQL), Power BI, Tableau, Xero, Excel, and Python. I've led SQL training for finance teams, defined KPI frameworks, built executive reporting systems, and translated complex analysis into decisions that move the business.
