At Locanam 3D Printing, I designed and developed desktop SLS printers, delivering two complete machines, including the Gantrix Mini.
I built the printer systems from scratch, designing mechanical structures and components such as the powder bed motion system, recoater, heating unit, and CoreXY gantry. I also integrated Marlin firmware for motion, laser control, and heating.
For the Mountain Miniature Model For Indian Airforce, I designed and 3D printed a 7 ft × 10 ft miniature, producing and finishing over 200 parts. I designed its wooden frame in CAD and assembled the model on-site.
Earlier, I contributed to an automatic solar panel cleaning robot at Eco Impulse, creating mechanical parts and engineering drawings and supporting prototype iterations. I also worked as a Graphic Designer at Knowledge Gate Eduventures LLP, creating digital and print assets.
