At Standard Chartered Bank, I developed a Python-based Outlook automation to process Annexure II emails, match client files against an Excel master, and organize attachments. The configurable search window and duplicate-file handling reduced a manual identification and classification process from approximately 2–3 days to around 2 minutes.
On the PFMS project, I supported application deployments by configuring and running Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, building container images with Dockerfiles, and supporting image management in JFrog Artifactory.
I also worked with Amazon EKS and Kubernetes environments, assisting with service deployments using Helm charts, values configuration, and release updates. For a Python-based CCTV solution, I integrated YOLO object-detection models to detect people and restricted devices.
Alongside deployment work, I monitored NPA dashboards and SLA tracking, supported Root Cause Analysis, and created an end-to-end workflow document. I also supported a website domain migration through functional documentation, management presentations, and User Verification Testing.
