What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, user-centric web applications where I can improve performance, modernize architecture, lead feature delivery, and collaborate across teams.

I've delivered and maintained SaaS modules at Varicon Pty. Ltd., including Timesheets, Bills, Credit Notes, and Resource Management for enterprise civil construction clients. I led technical-debt work, rewrote a legacy Timesheet module, helped migrate JavaScript to TypeScript, and reduced application load times by 30%.

At Virtuosway Software, I built recruiter dashboard workflows for AppyHere’s U.S. hourly-hiring platform, with reliable UI states for offer rejection and revocation. I also maintained Next.js recruitment applications focused on SEO, sub-second page loads, modular design, and automated test coverage.

I've led end-to-end MERN development for HRMS Leave Management and Work-From-Home modules, from React interfaces and Node.js endpoints to approval logic.
