What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead UX/interaction design with measurable impact—building trustworthy AI-native experiences, strong design systems, and user-centered workflows while collaborating closely with PMs and engineering.

I’m a multidisciplinary senior interaction and UX designer with 8+ years across UX/UI, branding, advertising, and visual storytelling. Trained as a computer science engineer and educated at NIFT Mumbai, I bring technical depth and design craft to every problem.

In my current role as a UX Lead Designer, I lead and mentor a team of 3 product designers, drive hiring and onboarding, and shape design culture alongside senior partners. I’ve owned end-to-end UX lifecycles and delivered measurable results—redesigning Emirates crew workflows to improve swap rule validation from 20–25% to 91% and reaching 500,000+ logins after launch.

My work also blends AI-native product design with trust, transparency, and responsible human-AI interaction. I’ve designed AI-powered experiences like an enterprise AI security alarm management dashboard, and my brand and product work has earned Red Dot and Lexus design awards plus $1M in pre-orders through design alone.
