At Amdocs, I own the product’s DevOps lifecycle from testing through customer release and lead reliability for AI agent workflows. I built reusable agent skills for routine DevOps tasks and defined checks and guardrails for agent-generated output.
I also developed a pipeline debugging tool that produces a root-cause summary after CD failures, saving about 15–20 minutes of analysis per failure. By automating troubleshooting with prompt engineering, I resolved over 95% of environment issues within 15 minutes and reduced downtime.
Earlier at Amdocs, I migrated the CI system from on-prem OpenShift to AWS and provisioned disaster recovery infrastructure. I designed CI/CD pipelines that reduced deployment time by 50% and errors by 70%, and helped manage AWS costs, observability, and Kubernetes deployments.
