At PNC Financial Services, I manage production EKS and AKS clusters supporting core transaction services across more than 20 microservices. I own reusable Terraform modules across AWS and Azure, run GitOps delivery with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and ArgoCD, and help reduce mean time to resolution by roughly 35% through Datadog observability.
I’ve strengthened platform security with Istio mTLS, HashiCorp Vault, short-lived secrets, KMS encryption, IAM, RBAC, and automated Trivy, Checkov, and OWASP ZAP scans. I also use AWS Bedrock for incident-response log summaries and operationalize SageMaker anomaly detection for transaction pipeline monitoring.
Previously at Accenture and Cybage Software, I containerized Java microservices, built Kubernetes and Kafka-based delivery platforms, automated releases with Jenkins and Docker, and improved reliability through ELK Stack, Grafana, and scalable AWS infrastructure.
