In my current role as an Operations Assistant at Kanchan Jewels, I maintain employee and operational data records with strict confidentiality, execute verification and MIS reporting to support error-free payroll processing, and administer artisan and workforce payment records in full compliance. I also coordinate HR processes and provide remote operational support through AnyDesk and Ultraviewer, and I’m eager to contribute to talent management, recruitment strategy, and HR analytics at a dynamic organization like GoodrichMaritime.
