I'm a data analyst based in Addis Ababa with a Computer Science degree and hands-on experience delivering analytics across both the NGO and private sectors. My core work has been turning raw, messy data into clean dashboards and structured reports that leadership can actually use to make decisions — not just look at. My toolkit: Power BI and Excel for visualization and reporting, Python (Pandas) for data wrangling and automation, and statistics for analysis. I've built dashboards that replaced manual weekly reporting workflows, standardized datasets to improve data reliability, and delivered insights used directly in operational and program decisions. SQL is in active development — I solve intermediate problems daily on StrataScratch. I work remotely and asynchronously. I'm comfortable with Notion, Slack, and Loom, and I structure my work around clear deliverables and regular written updates so clients always know where things stand.
