I am an experienced telecom QA engineer with nearly 7 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, Oracle BRM billing tool configuration, CRM support, production support and application development. I have led onsite coordination for Vodafone Qatar, managed offshore testing teams, and executed end-to-end billing and CRM test cycles including price-plan, discount configurations, account creation, invoicing and payments using flists and opcodes.
