At EdgeFirm, I’m building the DCT Digital Concierge for Abu Dhabi Dept. of Culture & Tourism with Create, Dubai. Its LangGraph ReAct agent uses GPT-4o and 15+ tools to deliver venue cards and curated itineraries through a streaming chat interface.
I owned the concierge’s retrieval layer, ingesting content from multiple document formats into pgvector for scheduled re-indexing. I also added prompt-injection defenses, content moderation, Azure OpenAI fallback, and LLM tracing with Langfuse and Arize Phoenix.
As an Associate Software Engineer, I developed agentic RAG and ingestion systems, including an engine that cut analyst query resolution time by approximately 70%. For Harbinger, I worked on a FastAPI backend that tracked 35+ companies across 4+ data sources.
I also worked on Medianet’s field operations backend and offline-first Next.js PWA for K-Electric. In my projects, I built a voice synthesis pipeline for Manifexa and a video intelligence platform using RAG, transcription, and timestamp-accurate clip retrieval.
