What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow through architecture and BIM roles where I can apply parametric design, modeling, clash coordination, construction management, site delivery, and multidisciplinary project collaboration.

I've delivered architectural, interior, hospitality, residential, workplace, and public-sector projects with GreenTree Global, the University of Science & Technology Meghalaya, and EP&VRA under ABD Projects. My work spans project scheduling, site supervision, technical drawing checks, quality control, contractor and client meetings, and material selection.

I'm building advanced BIM architecture capability through Autodesk Revit, federated modeling, clash detection, coordination, 4D scheduling, 5D cost and budget workflows, and 6D progress monitoring. I developed federated BIM models and clash reports for projects including Hunger's Point Shopping Blocks, NSPE Hospital Facade, and Goodle Bay View villa housing.
