What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level role where I can apply web design training, leverage customer-facing experience, learn from a supportive team, and contribute to marketing or product growth.

I am a dedicated individual with formal training in web design and practical experience in customer-facing roles. I completed a professional Web Design course at Broadway Infosys and have a solid foundation in management studies from National Integrated College.

In my previous role as a Brand Promoter at Ncell, I conducted product demonstrations, implemented promotional activities to drive subscriber acquisition, and maintained a positive brand image through excellent customer service. I communicate fluently in English and natively in Nepali, and I am comfortable working in multilingual environments.

I am motivated to contribute my web design skills and customer-service experience to a reputable organization where I can learn, grow, and help the company achieve measurable results.
