What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own remote desktop and service desk support for major incidents, lead incident/problem investigations, and continuously reduce repeat faults through root-cause analysis, reporting, and resolver coordination.

I’m a Remote Desktop Support Engineer (L1-L2-L3) supporting major incidents for EMEA users, troubleshooting production issues, and driving proactive incident trend analysis. I use Nagios incident management to identify root causes, eliminate repeat interruptions, and generate statistics and reports that strengthen Problem Management.

From service desk operations, I’ve supported end-user request workflows through Active Directory, shared drives, printers, Exchange Management Console/Outlook, and remote connectivity (remote connect and SSL VPN). I also coordinate across resolver groups, lead postmortem investigations for high-impact faults, manage multiple priorities to avoid SLA breaches, and apply ITIL Foundation V3 and MCSA-trained practices to improve service reliability.
