I am a compassionate, results-driven Registered Nurse and Unit Manager with over five years of clinical experience across medical-surgical and maternity settings. I currently manage a 26-bed medical and 28-bed surgical unit, leading a multidisciplinary team of 30+ staff and overseeing operations, staffing, budgets, and quality initiatives.

My clinical background includes pre- and postoperative care, neonatal and postnatal care, emergency response, IV therapy, wound care, and labour ward support. I have implemented evidence-based protocols that reduced hospital-acquired infections and patient falls, and I consistently achieved >95% patient satisfaction.
