At Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, I supported sustainability reporting, including BRSR data validation, assurance documentation, and materiality assessment. I benchmarked ESG performance and analyzed the company’s Ecovadis score to identify gaps and opportunities for future submissions.
At Padmini VNA, I analyzed sustainability data from 60+ suppliers and conducted a life-cycle assessment comparing single-use LDPE packaging with reusable PP boxes. I also supported a live project with Indian Oil to develop a programme for collecting unused and unexpired employee-benefit medicines for redistribution through licensed NGOs.
My research includes benchmarking NIFTY 50 companies across 12 ESG dimensions and 24 indicators, which won a Best Paper Award at IBS, Hyderabad. I’ve also developed a GRI-aligned sustainability report for Zara India and conducted life-cycle assessment using Open LCA and the ecoinvent database.
