What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue helping enterprise customers configure SaaS platforms, automate workflows, resolve complex technical issues, and improve support processes through cross-functional collaboration.

I've spent over eight years at Asite Solutions supporting enterprise customers through SaaS platform configuration, workflow automation, and complex technical issue resolution.

As a Technical Consultant, I translate business requirements into practical Asite configurations using Designer Tool and AppBuilder. I help users manage files, forms, attributes, metadata, workflows, and permissions.

I troubleshoot application, desktop, and browser issues while coordinating with support, product, QA, and development teams to minimize downtime. I document reproduction steps and resolutions in JIRA and use root cause analysis to reduce recurring cases.

Previously, I delivered first-line technical support to global clients across Windows, web applications, and proprietary tools. I bring a customer-focused approach to incident management, technical documentation, and improving support processes.
