At Innovation Technology By Design, I design agentic AI and RAG workflows that automate data collection, validation, and contextual reporting. I also deploy custom MCP servers to connect LLM agents securely with development tools, databases, and enterprise APIs.
I build full-stack automation tools with FastAPI, Python, Express, Node.js, and React to replace legacy manual workflows. I’ve also implemented HALO PSA integrations, dashboards, reports, and automated ticketing workflows, and serve as its point of contact within the organization.
