At INFOSYS LIMITED, I provide production support for enterprise applications and infrastructure, monitoring Splunk Enterprise and Nagios, investigating alerts, and reviewing logs. I also perform health checks and coordinate with application, Unix/Linux, network, and security teams to support service stability.
I support vulnerability remediation across Splunk, Nagios, and Optical production and Lab server environments, as well as Splunk upgrades, testing, and post-upgrade validation. I also implemented and validated approved infrastructure changes and worked independently on SAN configuration requirements associated with QMP-459.
