I’m a Product Designer and Software Design Engineer with ~4 years of experience building digital products across fintech, ed-tech, recruitment-tech, and more. I bring a blend of UX strategy, systems thinking, and hands-on execution—designing and coding to ship production-ready experiences.

As a Founding Designer at Thrive (AUG 2025 – PRESENT), I designed, coded (with AI coding agents), and shipped end-to-end experiences while collaborating closely across product, engineering, and business teams. I built the product and its design system from the ground up, covering e2e workflows, and helped evolve a services-led tax business into an AI-native product through early product direction and UX strategy.

At Novatr, I worked on Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives to drive adoption and engagement. I designed and shipped a high-intent lead capture flow that contributed 75–80% of total leads per quarter, led the design of an OpenLMS (0–1) guided low-barrier experience with 46% journey completion, and redesigned core dashboard and learning surfaces to improve the overall LMS experience.

Earlier at Internshala (JUN 2022 - AUG 2024), I worked on new product initiatives, including improving search page traffic by refining search cards and optimizing candidate onboarding from ideation to launch—raising filled rate and new application rate. I also shaped an Easy Apply flow, increasing applications per applicant and overall application rate, and earlier supported brand experience build-outs during internships.
