At Velocity Tech Inc, I own the full-cycle recruiting process, from screening resumes and sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, closing offers, and facilitating onboarding. I identify talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, internet research, cold calling, and networking.

I work closely with the Technical Director to understand technical positions and recruiting needs. I also manage recruitment lifecycles for clients, including posting requisitions, evaluating applicants, coordinating interviews, and verifying work authorizations.

Earlier, I worked as a Customer Care Executive at Task-Us (India) and Teleperformance, answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and following up on requests. At Teleperformance, my responsibilities also included keeping up with industry trends and networking with potential candidates and clients.
