At PINNACLE RELIABILITY INDIA, I support Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) data workflows for PHILLIPS-66 Billings & Lake Charles Refinery. I prepare and analyze data for refinery pressure equipment and piping in line with API 580, API 581, and client-specific standards.
I developed and maintained a Master Asset List and performed unit systemisation and circuitization for Amine and Hydrogen service units. I also prepared line lists, circuit summaries, and corrosion loop documentation from P&IDs to support inspection planning.
My work includes reviewing inspection history and thickness measurements, assessing degradation trends, and conducting damage mechanism reviews and corrosion modeling per API 571. I contribute to RBI risk ranking and inspection interval decisions while aligning outputs with mechanical integrity requirements.
By using Excel automation and basic Python scripting, I reduced RBI data preparation effort by approximately 15–25%. Earlier, as a Summer Research Intern at INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PETROLEUM AND ENERGY, I worked on non-isothermal bubble rise dynamics in self-rewetting fluids for space applications.
