What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Workday HCM techno-functional role where I can deliver integrations, reporting, security, business-process configuration, and production support, with immediate or early joining availability.

I've configured and supported Workday HCM solutions at Infosys, covering Core HCM, worker lifecycle processes, compensation, time tracking, absence, benefits, and talent management.

I build inbound and outbound integrations with EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, iLoad, PECI, and PICOF. My integration work includes data mapping, XML/XSLT/XPath transformations, SOAP and REST APIs, validation, error handling, testing, reconciliation, and production troubleshooting.

I've developed Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports, complex Calculated Fields, dashboards, worklets, BIRT outputs, and RaaS solutions. I also use Python for extracted-data transformation, cleansing, and validation.

I'm currently a Workday Consultant at Annals Premedia Private Limited and am awaiting project allocation. I'm available for immediate or early joining, subject to my current organization's release process.
