BHANUSHREE VYAS

I’m a motivated and adaptable fresher with a background in Commerce and a strong interest in data-driven decision making. I completed a 6-month Data Analytics Certification from NIIT and recently earned an MBA in Analytics and Data Science (CGPA 8.41), with a Certified Data Analyst Professional credential.

Through academic projects, I’ve built practical experience in predictive analysis and analytics storytelling. I studied employee attrition using a Kaggle dataset and used Python, Power BI, and Tableau for data cleaning, visualization, and exploratory analysis—then identified key factors and suggested retention steps. I also analyzed customer churn and consumer behavior to uncover patterns and recommend ways to reduce loss rate and improve retention.

I’m comfortable working end-to-end on data cleaning and visualization, and I’m eager to explore real-world data while continuously expanding my knowledge of modern tools and techniques. My toolkit includes Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Python, SQL, and Cognos, and I value clear communication, teamwork, and learning by doing.
