At NND Techlabs, I provide SAP AFS configuration and enhancement support for Crocs, Inc. I also designed and directed development of a program to update VAS conditions on purchase orders.

I supported archiving during a system-wide migration from OpenText to Microsoft Azure servers, applied SAP Support Pack updates, and designed end-to-end test scenarios across SAP environments.

At Infosys Limited, I delivered an end-to-end SAP implementation and two rollouts, with support across ECC and S/4HANA. I worked through requirements, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

I led a five-member offshore support team and authored interface mappings for MM-LE integration with third-party logistics systems. My work also includes Procure-to-Pay configuration, logistics execution, and ABAP debugging.
