I’m an experienced, result-oriented SAP Ariba Consultant with 7+ years of expertise in implementation and support, specializing in the Ariba Business Network and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules. I take end-to-end ownership to improve process efficiency and ensure seamless system operations, with a strong focus on issue analysis, root cause resolution, and SLA compliance.
In my current role, I manage end-to-end AMS support for SAP Ariba P2P (Buying & Invoicing) across global regions (EU & NA), handling L2/L3 incidents (P2–P4) using tools like SE16N, SLG1, SM37, AL11, and CIG logs to minimize business disruption. I also support SAP Ariba–ECC integration via CIG by troubleshooting IDoc processing, cXML payloads, and master data replication (vendors, GL, cost center), while performing core administration configurations (User Manager, Catalog Manager, Supplier Manager, P2P Manager, Customization Manager) and supporting change requests, UAT, and deployments.
