What I'm looking for

I'm looking for senior order management, supply chain, import-export, logistics, commercial, or sales operations roles in Pune where I can support smooth dispatch, documentation, compliance, and customer delivery commitments.

I'm currently processing sales orders, commercial quotations, and import-export documentation at Kesseboehmer India, supporting accurate dispatches and timely deliveries.

I coordinate international customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs/CHA partners to track shipments, resolve clearance queries, and prepare export invoices and packing lists.

Previously at Voss Exotech Automotive, I generated SAP sales invoices, monitored delivery schedules and inventory, and managed e-invoicing, e-way bills, and audit documentation for IATF and EMS requirements.

Across more than 10 years in order processing, logistics, and supply chain operations, I've used SAP/ERP and advanced Excel tools including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas to keep operations moving.
