I am a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a comprehensive background in internal auditing, complemented by a proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail. Over the years, I have honed my skills in preparing management accounts, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. My experience spans various roles, including Assistant Accountant at Edirisinghe Business Consulting, where I prepared monthly management accounts and generated ad-hoc reports using QuickBooks software.

Previously, I served as an Internal Auditor at the National Secretariat for Elders in Sri Lanka, where I developed audit programs, maintained internal audit plans, and conducted quarterly Audit Committee Meetings. My educational background includes a B.B.Mgt. (Special) in Accountancy from the University of Kelaniya, where I graduated with a Second Class Upper Division. I am also a CAB Level II Examination passed finalist from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, demonstrating my commitment to professional development in the field of accounting and auditing.
