Betty Paulose

I’m a lab manager currently employed in a corporate laboratory setting, focused on hands-on work across production, research, and consultation. I’m result and high-productivity oriented, with a customer-based, quality-driven approach to day-to-day operations.

I bring strong experience in new product formulations, sample analysis, record documentation, and developing/validating QC test methodologies. I’m also experienced in instrumentations and maintaining efficient laboratory workflows through disciplined documentation and testing processes.

People leadership is a core part of my work: I manage and mentor young research scientists and technicians, train subordinates for high productivity, and maintain professional relationships with coworkers. I also support staff performance while keeping operations aligned to corporate goals.

I handle inventory controls, designing efficient pathways for product development, and budget development and accountability. My background includes chemistry research roles and teaching experience as a visiting assistant professor, which strengthens how I translate technical knowledge into practical laboratory execution.
