I’m looking to work in organizational transformation, operations or enterprise DEIB at the intersection of technology and culture—building governance, learning, and change systems that deliver measurable belonging and operational resilience.

I’m a transformational professional with 15+ years of cross-sector leadership spanning enterprise DEIB strategy, technical architecture, change management, digital transformation, nonprofit leadership, and global community impact. I build new functions from the ground up, scale systems and organizations, and align executives, boards, and stakeholders across Fortune 500, healthcare, government, higher education, and nonprofit environments.

I’ve built and scaled enterprise DEIB and change management functions globally, including programs that doubled ERG membership and expanded groups from 4 to 7. At OpenText, I launched the company’s first global DEIB function, reaching 61% engagement across 16K employees and improving belonging scores by 19%. I also led executive-ready learning series and governance models that connect inclusion, culture, and performance—backed by measurable outcomes.

Alongside DEIB, I lead technology and systems-level transformation. I managed interoperability operations for EMR-Link health tech exchange serving 20K+ clients, scaling transactions 3× in 24 months while maintaining 99.999% uptime. I also architected and defended NIH-funded telehealth technology, integrating mobile apps, health monitoring devices, and secure clinical data exchange.
