Benita Oguguo

At Beglammed, I create, manage, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. I grew the TikTok account from 50 to 1,183 followers and the Instagram account from 2,000 to 5,622.

I also manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions, keeping a professional and friendly brand voice. I monitor trends and analytics to improve content performance and audience growth.

As an Administrative Virtual Assistant at Kenny DG Fabrics, I managed customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok. I recorded orders, scheduled appointments, and assisted customers with fabric selection.

I maintained customer and order records and followed up on orders, appointments, payments, and deliveries. I’m open to virtual assistant, customer support, and social media roles with teams that value dependable day-to-day support.
