Leading expansion initiatives to launch operations in strategic markets in different regions (EMEA, APAC, NA). Via Work is acquired by Justworks on September, 2023.

Managing expansion programs that help the company growth by launching 8+ new countries globally within 3 quarters and driving the number of hires to >65% and overall net revenue

In charge of direct expansions to 5+ new countries globally that includes: sourcing vendors, setting up onboarding processes and internal operational processes such as payroll, insurance, and pensions. Lead onboarding improvement initiatives that and help hit one of the main KPIs of >50% direct hires within one quarter.

· In charge of core ledger system that processes all payment transactions
· Lead the coordination of the cross organization core system re-architecture initiatives
· Lead internal operational product teams that are in charge of reporting, reconciliation, monitoring, and revenue management

Led a lean deal team, executed deals end to end, including budgeting, lead sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and legal review, and managed to close 4 projects within 2019 with a total project size of $5.3mn.

Secured necessary licenses and certifications (ie: ISO 27001) to conduct money transfers business from Bank of Indonesia (BI) within 7 months. Led half of the organization (at the time was 150+ members) to shift focus to the new business line, launched two new sets of products within 1.5 months, and became the official innovation partner of one of the top 4 local banks.

Worked with developers and designers to build top-performing products: Batch Disbursements product that enabled traditional non-tech companies to automate payouts that resulted in a spike of growth (~60%) in the first month of the launch and continued to be the main growth driver for the next quarters.
