Bea Bianca Cabrera

I’m a Registered Civil Engineer with a B.S. in Civil Engineering (Specialization in Construction Engineering and Management). With my Civil Engineers PRC License and PICE involvement, I bring a detail-driven mindset to structural planning, cost accuracy, and on-site execution.

In my on-site estimator apprenticeship at GRAM CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY, I reviewed project plans and technical drawings to produce reliable material take-offs, reinforcing bar and concrete volumes, and formwork requirements. I also built BOQs, cost analyses, and bid documents, coordinating with suppliers to secure competitive, updated quotations while staying aligned with budget, timelines, and project standards.

As an Intern Site Engineer at GMDS BUILDERS AND SUPPLIES, I supervised daily construction operations, conducted inspections and measurements, and maintained strong quality and documentation through clear site reports. More recently, as a Project Surveyor at RAVAGO EQUIPMENT AND RENTALS INC., I translate field data into technical reports and proposals, coordinate plan approvals with the Engineering Head, and provide onsite supervision as the primary point of contact—auditing work to ensure strict adherence to approved plans and high workmanship.
