I’m an Operational Risk Partner Manager at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd., based in HCM, where I focus on operational risk management and helping the business operate with strong control foundations.

Before this role, I served as an Operational Risk Management Senior Specialist at the same company from May 2022 to Mar 2026, building my expertise in operational risk management, internal controls, and life insurance.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Deloitte as an Audit Associate (Apr 2020–Mar 2021) and as an Audit Intern (Dec 2019–Mar 2020), gaining experience through financial audits that sharpened my attention to risk and governance.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree from University Of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (Sep 2016–Mar 2020), and I bring that analytical mindset into operational risk—turning governance expectations into practical, reliable internal control outcomes.
