What I'm looking for

I'm looking to put my cloud-native, troubleshooting, log analysis, SQL, and client-server architecture skills to work in a technical support role, collaborating with international teams and clients in a structured, service-oriented environment.

At NextStep IT, I develop and support an internal cloud platform on OpenShift and Kubernetes, diagnosing application and infrastructure incidents through log analysis, node troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving.

I've built VM provisioning with KubeVirt and Terraform, IAM-as-a-Service with dynamic Keycloak realm provisioning, Nginx hosting, an internal image registry, and Knative serverless functions. I also implemented a five-job DevSecOps pipeline with GitHub Actions for secret scanning, vulnerability scanning, container scanning, code quality, and application security testing.

Through my ZeroWaste academic project, I deployed a seven-node OpenStack private cloud with Kubernetes orchestration and Azure integration, plus Prometheus and Grafana monitoring. I'm looking to apply my cloud-native, troubleshooting, and client-server architecture skills in a technical support role.
