I am an experienced legal researcher and private law scholar with a PhD in Private Law and a long record of teaching, publishing, and supporting postgraduate students. I have served on legal research evaluation committees and lectured at multiple universities across the region.
My work focuses on creditors' rights, cross-border bankruptcy, consumer protection, and commercial law; I authored books and journal articles and presented at international conferences. I also practiced as a lawyer and judicial expert in family and civil cases earlier in my career.
