At Diskominfo Kabupaten Balangan, I designed and developed E-Office v2, a government attendance and workforce management system built with Laravel, Filament, and Flutter. It includes GPS geofencing check-in, shift management, salary deduction calculation, event attendance, and device-lock security, and is deployed in production for Kabupaten Balangan.
I also built SiApprosing, a land-permit submission and approval workflow for Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, and developed a support ticketing system now live for internal Diskominfo use. My other production work includes an email administration platform and an e-commerce/services platform with automated Tripay payments and manual bank-transfer verification.
My work also includes application penetration testing, Wazuh SIEM/XDR deployment, and Linux server administration. I led incident response for a website defacement attack, completed remediation independently, and produced formal incident and forensic documentation.
Through ARTECH LAB, which I founded and run, I serve SMEs and local government agencies with website development, information systems, server management, and security work. I also teach Network Security, Web Programming, and Database Systems at Universitas Sapta Mandiri.
