I’m a driven and commercially astute Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with 15 years of pre- and post-contract cost management experience across iconic, commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects in the UAE, UK, and South Africa. I lead complex multi-package procurements and deliver reliable cost advice from inception through to final account.

In my current Associate Director role with JLL in Abu Dhabi, I focus on building trusted client relationships on the most demanding schemes while transferring knowledge across sectors to deliver best value. I’m recognized for strong technical competence across feasibility, cost modelling, planning and estimating cost, procurement and tendering, value engineering, and contract management.

My background includes roles as Executive Surveyor, Senior Cost Manager, and Quantity Surveyor, supporting end-to-end delivery across major developments—from early cost planning and benchmarking to PCSA procurement strategy, D&B commercial amendments, valuations, variation control, risk management, cash flows, progress reporting, and final accounts. I bring practical commercial judgment to concept and design-stage estimates, and I stay hands-on through procurement decisions and post-contract delivery.
