I’m a Strategic and results-driven Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 25 years of clinical, regulatory, and food service leadership experience across healthcare, long-term care, community nutrition, and multi-site adult day health programs. I specialize in multi-state regulatory compliance (CACFP), clinical nutrition therapy, and food service operations management, with strong expertise in budget oversight and staff development.
In my current role, I provide multi-state oversight of CACFP operations, direct food service operations to ensure compliance with federal/state/local requirements, and lead multi-state procurement processes (contract bidding, vendor selection, negotiation, and submission documentation). I also ensure menu compliance through quality control audits, mentor Registered Dietitian Nutritionists across four states, train nursing staff on nutrition risk/referral processes, and serve as a ServSafe instructor and exam proctor.
