At Brigade Enterprises, I architected a reusable Darwinbox platform across 23 business units, reducing integration overhead by 45%. I also replaced C4C with Salesforce CRM, which went live in August 2026 with 99% legacy-data migration accuracy.
I founded and scaled the enterprise AI & DevOps Centre of Excellence, delivering conversational search, automated contract processing and computer vision tracking. I rolled out Leena AI to 2,800 employees and integrated RPA with SAP FICO for daily finance routines, freeing 2 FTEs.
At Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts, I built the in-house Oracle ERP supply chain and sustained zero unplanned downtime for 10 consecutive years. I also led a two-developer team that built an end-to-end HRMS, reducing salary processing from 17 days to 3 days.
Across these roles, I’ve worked on enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, integrations and security governance. I implemented ISO 27001 at Brigade and Toyota, and generated ₹14 Cr in savings at Brigade through automation, application rationalization, cost negotiation and vendor optimization.
