At iLink Digital, I oversee finance and accounting operations across six legal entities in Mexico, the US, and Colombia, supporting a combined annual revenue base of ~USD 40M. I’m responsible for the P&L and Balance Sheet and present monthly reporting to Business Unit CEOs, the CFO, and Group Management.
I built structured reporting frameworks that surface bench costs and non-billable expenditure, helping management identify profit enhancement opportunities through project- and resource-level gross margin analysis. I also coordinate with external advisors across three jurisdictions on statutory and regulatory compliance.
Earlier, I managed treasury and reporting at iLink Digital and held finance, operations, and sales roles across real estate, consumer products, building materials, and telecommunications. I hold an MBA in Finance & Marketing from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.
