What I'm looking for

I'm seeking corporate, commercial, capital markets, or M&A legal work in Budapest where I can apply my governance, transaction, compliance, and multilingual legal experience while continuing my LLM studies.

I manage corporate maintenance, governance documentation, mergers, divisions, and Trade Registry filings for Ağaoğlu Group Companies, covering 31 companies including Tatlıpınar Enerji and Ağaoğlu Avrasya GYO.

I support Ağaoğlu Avrasya GYO’s IPO process, coordinate general assembly meetings for publicly traded companies, and work directly with the e-GKS Electronic General Assembly System.

I draft and negotiate EPCs, loan agreements, commercial agreements, and regulatory filings, while advising on corporate law, contract law, personal data protection, and Turkish capital markets regulations.

Previously, at Şengüler & Şengüler, I supported multinational corporate maintenance, incorporations, due diligence and buyer-side M&A transactions, arbitration reporting, and legal-document drafting. I am relocating to Budapest for an LLM in European and International Business Law.
