Currently, I serve as a Tech Lead at Tech Mahindra, where I lead a team of eight in developing a DTP application for a banking client. My role involves requirement analysis, technical specification documentation, and overseeing the entire development lifecycle.

Before my current position, I worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a module lead for a COBOL migration project, where I prepared BRD documents and ensured smooth production support. My journey began as a Programmer at Datamatics Global Services, where I resolved high-priority issues and implemented process improvements. I am passionate about leveraging my technical expertise to drive project success and enhance team performance.
